**CRAIG LOWNDSEY SENDS MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE TO FANS**

Racing legend Craig Lowndes has taken to social media to express his heartfelt thanks to his loyal fans, who have supported him throughout his illustrious career.

The 47-year-old Australian racing driver, who has won 106 V8 Supercar races and three Bathurst 1000 titles, announced his retirement from full-time racing last year. However, he remains involved in the sport as a co-driver and ambassador.

 

In a heartfelt message posted on his official Facebook page, Lowndes wrote: “To all my fans, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your support has meant the world to me over the years, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to share my passion with you all.”

 

Lowndes continued: “I’ve been blessed to have had such an amazing career, and it’s been because of your unwavering support that I’ve been able to achieve so much. I’ll never forget the memories we’ve made together, and I look forward to staying involved in the sport in some way.”
