Kamilla Cardoso Grabs Attention With Special Pregame Outfit

 

Chicago Sky center Kamilla Cardoso is getting right back into basketball form after missing nearly a month due to a shoulder injury she suffered in the preseason. Cardoso was cleared about a week ago and has since competed in two games for the Sky against the Indiana Fever and New York Liberty

 

In a small sample size, Cardoso has averaged 6.0 points and 5.5 rebounds. It’s going to take some time for Cardoso to get adjusted to the WNBA, but her film speaks for itself. She’s a 6’7″ star who’s bound to be one of the most dominant players in the league for years to come

 

Cardoso’s footwork and soft touch around the rim are her best assets on the offensive end. These talented traits are usually what fans wait to witness, but her off-court appearance has been turning heads as well.

 

For the second game in a row, Cardoso was rocking a SLAM magazine cover shirt with Dawn Staley. The Sky rookie played three seasons with Staley in college, where they would earn two National Championships with one another.
