Confident Brad Keselowski Demands More From Goodyear as He Prepares for His Phoenix Visit
Brad Keselowski is in for a great moment! He triumphed at Darlington and then returned to dominate at Gateway! Given how flawlessly he performed this weekend, it’s hard to imagine that this is the same racer who had a protracted losing streak. What, though, was altered? Apparently, though, his perspective!
He was a trailblazer in the race, showcasing his renewed vigor. But while he was all sunshine and rainbows, the RFK team owner also talked about what could have been better. In his post-race interview, the RFK team offered some valuable advice to Goodyear, and afterward, he performed a heartwarming gesture that resonated with everyone. It seems Brad Keselowski has truly found his mojo again!
After the race concluded this weekend, Brad Keselowski seemed visibly confident of his chances this season. And why wouldn’t he? After a long winless streak extending to 110 races and many thinking he should be retiring instead, his Goodyear 400 win was like an apt justification of his persisting talent. While the win also ended Ford’s long disconnect with the Victory Lane, it also put the #6 in a confident stance, aiming for a championship.
And it seems Gateway was his first step toward that direction. Finishing P3, just behind Austin Cindric and Denny Hamlin, the team owner/driver, in a conversation with Frontstretch talked about his strategic move during the final run at the venue, where he ran long before stopping with 29 laps to go.
