Latest update:Inside the Numbers Late-Season Pieces

With only one game remaining in the regular season, let’s serve up a final edition of stat nuggets. We will go “Inside the Numbers” to update some of the trends we’ve been following all season, as well as introducing a couple of new insights.

The RJ Davis on-ball/off-ball splits have been fascinating to follow all year. To review: Davis has been a much more efficient scorer when paired with freshman point guard Elliot Cadeau (who unlocks Davis’s catch-and-shoot potential). But, as expected, he’s been a much better playmaker when sliding over to the point guard position. Here are the splits through 30 games:
