Liverpool look as though they are set to field plenty of calls regarding young star Kaide Gordon ahead of the January transfer window.

That is according to TEAMtalk, who report that a number of clubs are interested in the 19-year-old.

The report name-drops Wayne Rooney and Birmingham City as one interested party, whilst his former Manchester United colleague, Michael Carrick, is also said to be keen on Gordon at Middlesbrough.
