Breaking News:Raiders Safety Grades for the 2023-24 NFL Season

The Las Vegas Raiders ultimately improved their goal over the 2023 NFL offseason by forcing more turnovers on the defensive more specifically, forcing more defensive turnovers in the secondary

Three Raider safties led the way in the secondary room for the Silver and Black defense, starting with Trevon Moehrig.

Moehrig finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with the highest Pro Football Focus safety grade in the Raiders safety room with a grade of 70.2 a pass rush grade of 64.7, a coverage grade of 68.0, and a run defense grade of 73.5. In his third season with the Silver and Black, Moehring finished the season with 65 solo tackles, 18 assists, two sacks, and three interceptions in 17 games this season.

Marcus Epps finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with the second-highest grade in the Silver and Black safety room. Epps finished with a Pro Football Focus grade of 65.4, a pass rush grade of 57.5, a coverage grade of 62.3, and a run defense grade of 69.7. Epps signed a two-year twelve-million-dollar contract with the Raiders in the 2023 NFL offseason. In his first season with the Silver and Black, Epps finished with 40 solo tackles, 26 assists, and a fumble recovery in 17 games this season

Lastly, Isaiah Pola-Mao finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with the third-highest grade in the Silver and Black safety room. Pola-Mao finished the 2023-24 regular season with a Pro Football Focus grade 55.4, a pass rush grade of 69.1, a coverage grade of 66.6 and a run defense grade of 30.4. In his second season with the Silver and Black Pola-Mao finished with had 14 solo tackles, 6 assists, one sack and one interception in 16 games this season
