BREAKING: Los Angeles Rams Star New kid on the block Player Gets Expert Bowl Acknowledgment
A Los Angeles Rams star rookie player is getting Pro Bowl recognition….
The Los Angeles Rams are trying to have a 2023 season to remember. Last week, they clinched a playoff berth after missing the playoffs entirely last year as defending Super Bowl champions. Part of the reason they were able to do this is due to the performance of one star rookie. Now, that rookie is getting Pro Bowl recognition
With the NFC Pro Bowl roster released, one notable name on there was Puka Nacua. Part of the reason he is so notable is because he is only a rookie. On top of this, he was taken in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
So, how did Nacua make the Pro Bowl? By having an exceptional rookie season. Right now, Nacua has 1,445 receiving yards and five touchdown receptions through 16 games. This puts him just 29 yards shy of breaking the rookie receiving record.
Nacua does not have to go to the Pro Bowl alone. His quarterback, Matthew Stafford, also made the roster. On the defensive side of the ball, Aaron Donald will represent the Rams on the NFC team as well.
However, all three of these players likely hope that they will not be eligible for this game. That is because they likely have bigger aspirations now that the Rams have secured a playoff spot in the NFC.
